BOAT TRAILERS

SPECIFICALLY-DESIGNED FOR THE HULL

Bar Crusher boats are factory-packaged on premium-quality, Australian-made boat trailers that are specifically designed for each hull. Every Bar Crusher boat trailer also leaves the factory with our exclusive Bar Catch® system, which assists with single-handed launch and retrieve.

The Trailer Matters as Much as the Boat

A boat is only as good as what it sits on for the trip to and from the water, and the reality is that most boats spend more time on the road than on the water. That’s why every Bar Crusher is factory-packaged on a custom-designed alloy trailer built to suit that model’s hull, not a generic, off-the-shelf frame.

Built with the Right Components

The details add up to a trailer built to last: Japanese bearings, Goodyear tyres, heavy-duty guards strong enough to stand on, and fully wired LED lighting throughout. These aren’t afterthoughts. They’re the baseline for a trailer expected to run thousands of kilometres without issue.

A Keel Roller System Built Around the Hull

One of the standout features is the keel roller design. The boat’s keel, the strongest part of the hull, carries the weight while towing, rather than the hull resting on side supports alone. Guide bars at the back form a self-centring system: line the bow up between the guides, drive forward, and the boat guides itself straight onto the keel rollers. Skids keep it tracking straight as it moves up the trailer, and side rollers hold everything in place.

Bar Catch®: Drive On, Drive Off

At the front of the trailer sits the Bar Catch® launch and retrieve system, factory-fitted on every Bar Crusher. This stainless steel catch automatically grabs the hook on the boat’s bow as you drive on, so you can launch and retrieve single-handed without someone on the ramp to hook up the boat. Get the trailer depth right and the whole process takes seconds.

Small Details That Make a Real Difference

One feature is worth calling out on its own: the number plate mount at the rear swings on impact. If it clips a gutter or takes a knock over thousands of kilometres, it swings instead of snapping or losing the plate. It’s a small thing, but anyone who’s lost a trailer number plate knows why it matters, both for the hassle and for keeping the trailer road-legal.

Built to Handle the Miles

Every Bar Crusher trailer is heavily built for the long haul and matched to its model’s hull, so the boat sits, tows and launches the way it’s meant to. From the compact 535C to the dual-axle setups under the 670 models, see the full range, or build and quote your boat and trailer package.
