Gen2 Waveslicer® Hull and Quickflow® Ballast: A Smoother, More Stable Ride
At the heart of the 615BR is Bar Crusher’s Gen2 plate aluminium hull with Waveslicer® design. Its deep-V and sharp bow entry slice through chop instead of pounding over it. Underneath, the Quickflow® water ballast system floods a 314L chamber running along the keel when the boat is at rest, giving it superior stability at rest. Once you’re underway, the water is pushed out for a fast, smooth transition onto the plane. Together, they make the 615BR comfortable in estuary and inshore conditions, and capable of a run offshore to the FADs on a calm day.

The swivel bucket seats sit over a 75L Icy-Tek esky, keeping the catch or the drinks cold. The dual console layout and walk-through windscreen make it easy to move to the bow. The dash is set up for real use on the water: a large multifunction display, trim tab controller, engine gauges, and solid switch gear for lighting, pumps and accessories. Hydraulic steering and a VHF radio are both within easy reach of the helm.
Built Tough: Rigideck® Floor and SafeTank Fuel System
Like every Bar Crusher, the 615BR has the Rigideck® sub-floor, a fully welded, fully sealed system. Water drains to a rear sump and is cleared by the bilge pump, keeping the deck dry. Below deck sits a 200L SafeTank fuel system, with sealed buoyancy tanks on each side for added capacity and safety.
