ABOUT YOU
You’re energetic, passionate, have boating/fishing knowledge, a boat licence and are a competent trailer boat handler.
You may have experience in a sales environment… or you may not.
You may have worked in the marine industry… or you may never have.
Your previous/current work experience is secondary to your passion for boating and fishing!
We’re looking for a person with real drive who can talk the talk with other people who share your passion.

You’re a motivated self-starter and genuine team player who’s happy to support the sales team by pitching in and doing whatever’s required.

ABOUT THE ROLE
After a period of training in our systems and processes, the sales and support role may involve dealing with inbound sales calls, local retail enquiries, on-water boat demonstrations, technical and sales support for our national dealer network and support of interstate customers.
This is an important role as a member of our frontline team. We’re seeking a person with strong communication skills and a personality that fits with our company culture of integrity and high-level customer service.
