a) for a period of sixty (60) months from the date of original retail sale BCB will repair or replace any part of the hull structure that is considered by the company to be defective; and

b) for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of original retail sale BCB will repair or replace any other part of the Boat considered by the company to be defective in factory materials or workmanship under normal use and operation within Australia.

• Has been properly used and operated. (See Owners manual)

• Has not been fitted with an engine (or engines) which exceeds the maximum horsepower or engine/transom weights specified by BCB.

• Has been properly maintained and cared for. (See item 7 below and Owners manual)

• Has not been used for racing or competition or commercial use.

• Has not been modified or altered after having been dispatched by BCB from the factory.

• The boat has legible serial numbers.

• 60 months from the date of original retail sale if the claim is regarding a structural defect; or

• 24 months from the date of original retail sale for any other claim under this warranty.

• All boats must be thoroughly washed with fresh water and mild soap after use.

• No salt residue from salt water to be left on or in boat after use.

• Boat must be stored under cover or in shade to ensure UV sun damage is minimized.

• Batteries must be isolated by turning off battery isolation switch when boat is stored.

• All stainless fittings and moving parts on the boat to be lubricated and greased.

• Boat must be stored dry with all bungs removed.

• All wet carpets or mats must be removed from boat after use.

• Electrical wiring not to be earthed to hull. Always earth back to BUS bar or battery.

• All stone chips and nicks or scratches to paint work must be sealed (touched up) ASAP.

• Periodical maintenance and servicing is required at least every twelve months or 100 hours of use (which ever occurs first) to ensure all moving parts are inspected, cleaned and lubricated.
